We had a blast this past Sunday at Frankenstein’s Frolic! The turnout to Frankenstein’s Frolic was so wonderful, we saw everyone from Queen Elsa to Iron Man! Participants of the carnival had fun face painting, bowling, and ring tossing. Showgirls, devils, and monsters crept across the stage in a spooky performance by SIDEWAYS Contemporary Dance Company, Foster-Schmidt Dance Company, and Atlanta Rising Talent. Thank you to everyone who came out to have fun and support SIDEWAYS!
Now that Frankenstein’s Frolic has come and passed, we are prancing and dancing our way into the holiday spirit. Once Upon A Holiday is less than a month away! At this point SIDEWAYS dancers have learned all of the choreography for the show, and will spend time perfecting their performance and their characters in preparation for opening night on November 21. We have a lot of new additions in store for the show this year, including bright new costumes and even new set pieces! Rehearsal weekends will be filled with long hours of full cast run-throughs and final costume fittings. You do not want to miss this year’s show, so make sure you get your tickets today.
Foster-Schmidt Dance Company Dancers have been working hard and rehearsing their opening holiday dance for Once Upon A Holiday. They will be opening the show at the 2 p.m. matinee performances on November 22 and November 23. These talented ladies are sure to leave a smile on your face and holiday spirit in your heart, so be sure to come out and support them!
