The talented ladies of the Foster Schmidt Dance Company will be opening for Once Upon A Holiday again this year at the 2 p.m. matinee performances on November 22 and 23. Foster-Schmidt Dance Company members have been extremely busy this fall. They have had several performances around the Atlanta area, including performing in Frankenstein’s Frolic at Atlanta Dance Central. The dance company also was accepted to perform with SIDEWAYS at Downtown Disney next June, and participate in a workshop with Disney professionals. We have received several requests for performances from the company, but we are always excited to have them perform with SIDEWAYS.
Their opening performance is a jazz style dance to a pop version of “Winter Wonderland.” The entertaining choreography and energetic performance will be sure to melt your heart this season! We look forward to watching each an every company member share their talent and their passion with the audience.
Once Upon A Holiday has seen several changes this year as we prepare for a bigger stage at Blessed Trinity High School. The cast has grown, choreography has been added, and new set pieces have been ordered, but we will continue the tradition of having our favorite show openers perform!
