From Introducing the Foster-Schmidt Dance Company:
“The Foster-Schmidt Dance Academy for Down Syndrome is excited to present the Foster-Schmidt Dance Company. Students from the Dance Academy were required to audition to become a member of this new performing company. Yin Yang is a dance concert collaboration with new dance works by Bubba Carr, Bala Sarasvati, Mary Ann Staib and Charlotte Foster.
Yin Yang depicts four choreographers’ interpretations of finding balance. With influences of Ballet, Jazz, Modern, and Ballroom dance, the performance is diverse and relevant to all audiences.
